Our Team

Julie Laming

A teacher for nearly 20 years, Julie founded M4Dance over a decade ago and remains passionate and dedicated to the development of the young people who are part of her school.

Marta Ammendola

Marta moved to Dorset from London where she performed as a professional contemporary dancer for various companies after finishing her dance degree at the Trinity Laban college. Marta teaches Senior ballet and contemporary and has developed the students greatly in the short time she has been with us.

Joanne Collingbourne

Joanne teaches Junior contemporary and has been working hard to develop their confidence, technique and passion for contemporary. Joanne is also studying hard towards her diploma in dance teaching and learning at the Laban.

Emily Weaver

Emily has been at Mad4Dance for nearly 7 years teaching intermediate contemporary. Emily has also pioneered a group called New Springs which is an adult group of dancers, teachers and choreographers who come together once a week in a non-intimidating environment to create pieces of dance for their own enjoyment.

Sophie Harvey

Sophie has almost reached her second year at Mad4Dance and teaches syllabus work in ballet, modern and tap. Sophie’s knowledge with ISTD syllabus and her ability to keep her classes fun but focused is a great asset to the school.

Holly Edmondson

Holly embarked on a 3 year musical theatre course at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy. After a solid 10 years of performing, she decided to take on teaching full time. Holly is thrilled to be part of M4D and has been very privileged to have being offered the opportunity to introduce acrobatics and musical theatre to such a special school and its pupils.
